4 Star Superior – an experience and wellness hotel for that "luxury class" timeout. Conceptual design as Portuguese monastery, named after Portugal's patron saint, Santa Isabel. The 5-storey building with 66 rooms and 8 suites, 264 beds and a wellness area on the 6th floor came together in a nine-month construction period.

Planning and realization of a four-star superior theme hotel in the style of roman-italian architecture. This Hotel provides 324 rooms, 22 suites and 1500 beds in total. On top of that, the Colosseo offers several restaurants and bars with way over 900 seats. The whole construction phase took one year and four months to be completed.

In order to create the perfect look, only original building supplies were used like the 22.000 ancient Spanish roof tiles. On 9 floors, the Hotel includes 112 standard rooms and 8 theme-rooms. All of them are dedicated to ancient, spanish characters. The restaurant “Castillo” seats up to 250 guests. It took 8 months of construction time.
