The RIVA Bar in Munich City Center: After 22 years, a renewal, especially of the complete kitchen and bar technology, was urgently needed and was conducted by our Scholz & Neumeier Gastrokitchen-team with their usual workflow. At the same time, NEUMEIER was also commissioned with the restoration and new furnishings according to the specifications of the operators Rudi Kull and Albert Weinzierl. In the back area, you can now make yourself comfortable on upholstered lounge leather benches. The inventory and the soul of the RIVA - such as the 50s bar with back cabinet, was carefully renovated.
